MICS 7.0
Call Pilot-100 31.10.14.22
and a PRI

Was working - then suddenly quit working.
Main Number comes in on Target line 161.
Set AA to answer line 161 0 rings.
Now AA will not answer.
Put line 161 on test phone and line rings, can be answered. Call info says Line 161 is line in.
My test phone has DID line 184. Turned AA on for that line. Still does not answer.
It is as if all lines are being ignored by the AA.
Install new power supply on CP - no change.

For now call rings on main phone and goes to voice mail after 6 rings.
Any ideas?
I plan to take a test unit to site and try some different tests. But any ideas are welcome. Thanks

I think you are saying AA wont answer any target lines but they will go to a mailbox after 6 rings.

Check alarms to see who was in programming if any.

Double check lines 1 to 24 (PRI) are not in AA programming in Callpilot.
Check Prime Line for Targets are set to users DN's or Reception
Turn AA to N then back to Y for each line.
Reboot both systems
F982 says Answer Lines = Y
Make sure F985 is inline with CFNA's , DRT's etc in case the pilot DN changed.

Just throwing stuff out there but sounds like corruption on CP.

Curlycord: Thanks for the info.
I will have to shoot myself if I find F982 ans line = N.
Totally forgot about that simple one.

Somebody was messing with the phone system - and it was not me.

They had set:
.....Business open=N
.....Answer Lines =N

Thanks Curlycord

I had the narrow view of looking for a problem and not mischief.
