I have Bcm 50 Analog co lines , i believe line 1 is getting Phantom calls with no caller id info , and when reception hangs up i think it gets another ring and again no one , call it happened 3 days in 2 weeks, I.T. guy tried BCM Monitor but under lines he said it was blank.Sounds like it is an automated Thing?? Any ideas ?? I haven't had time to think about it yet.

This post seems to have got missed by us.
Presume resolved by now but just in case not:

Does reception know which line?
or any kind of info on the display besides CLID like Line XXX or >XXX etc?
or do these calls come in on an Intercom key?

What does that mean? the CLID is blank or there is no record of any call?

Suspect carrier but they need to provide way more info.

Call is on L1 , no cid info ,, sometimes it sounds lke call centre back ground noise, when she hangs up, it rings back,, i think it is an automated call that wants a response , thats why it calls back, i think . I haven't had any complaints back for a while. Thks.
