my customer has a nortel 616 with a nortel bst door phone. they said it worked fine until they went from frontier lines to spectrum. i got out there and looked at it and it had pair to ksu but no pairs for power. i thought someone took out the power supply but came in and found a manual. it seems to indicate the door phone only needs power from the ksu. is this right. thanks dave

That is right. Power comes from the KSU connection.

took out the bridge clips and when i put them back in it started working
