Nortel CICS with Call Pilot Voicemail. I would like to forward a hunt group to an individual voice mailbox when no answer. I have set up a mailbox for the hunt group number (2707) with the extension number of the phone I want it to go to (2228). I have initialized the mailbox and programmed the extension number in the hunt group overflow. When calling the group through the auto Attendant and enter the path number for the hunt group it rings the group 4 times and then says "that party is not available, good bye" and hangs up. If I dial the group number from another phone it goes to the voice mailbox like I want after 4 rings. Any ideas?

You need to create a mailbox that is the exact same number as the HG DN.

So if HG DN is 2707 then create mailbox 2707.

As for the Overflow it must point to the DN of Callpilot, same as FNA on sets.

You can then add up to 5 Alternate Extensions for mailbox 2707 such as 2228 (2228 must not already have a current mailbox)
