Feature *1 reboots cics everytime
Any one have any thoughts on this?
I don't have the software version offhand.
Just curious...
M7100 & M7100N only:
If you are on a call press hold to hold or press Rls to clear.
Press Feature *1.
Dial the external number.
Press Hold to store the number.
Label the new key.
ll telephones except M7100 & M7100N
If you are on a call press hold to hold or press Rls to clear.
Press Feature *1.
Press a memory key.
Dial the external number.
Press OK to store the number.
Label the new key.
Note: You cannot program autodial on memory keys assigned as Handsfree/Mute, intercom or line keys.

Strange.
Check all the keys to see if any are stuck down. Some weird key combo?

No keys stuck. It does this shutdown/reeboot from any set.
Sooooo weird. Im thinking a software problem. if no one has ever heard of this trouble before.
Sounds like corruption, try a Startup and re-program (or restore from a backup) to clear bugs.

No update. Customer did not want to Startup. Must be some kind of corruption.
