you have to use a phone that has two rows of buttons to get into programming. so it won't work on a 7208 for example.

we are using 7324 sets

Does it show as Jan 1?

When the system defaults it wipes out all programming to defaults, goes back to Jan 1 and assigns lines 1 & 2 to all ports.

So if you are trying what ever config password she had it's now the default password.

Once you were in did you perhaps have her change the password to her.s? If so that's the to uje...

If she unknowingly change the password have her disconnect the power, default it again and start over.

Some of us can do config/nnadmin password resets and keycodes for N* & BCM without the need for KRS or support so default a whole system over a password is not the only option.

Curlycord, are you saying that you have the ability to generate keycodes without the need of KRS? If so, I'll have to keep this in mind for future needs. I assume you'd still need an Auth Code?

Yes but I do not require Auth codes. I will PM you.
