customer has a kxtd1232, tvs110 voicemail,i programmed the call waiting, 7311, and the call waiting works fine and the voicemail with the call waitng works fine, but if there is no one on the phone and no one answers the call the voicemail will not pick up and the phone keeps ringing! what do i do to get the voicemail to pick up with this option in use?

I believe the no answer timer for the TVS is 12 rings at default,(maybe less, I don't remember) but it should bounce back and say " I'm sorry, no one is available to answer the call, to leave a message press 1"
I never use that feature though as I prefer to forward each phone under busy no answer.
Intercom, fwd/dnd key, 5, 165 from each extension.
If it's a later version you set the number of no answer rings per extension through field 619. if this is not set the time in field 202 will be followed.
