A new phone jack was installed to connect another phone to our system. I have managed to program the flexible CO buttons to call the other extensions. (User Programming Mode)
When it calls another extension, they do not see a CO button light up for the new phone. I have been unable to get the other extensions to call the new phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the other phones need to have a dss appearance of that extension as well. worse case you can always press intercom and that phones extension number.
once you setup the dss on the phone you can then press that button directly to reach the extension

I am not sure what the extension number of the new phone is. How do I find that out. Thanks for the help.
