Hi! I've a problem about DID function. We wanted to change the name of an extension, but when uploaded this setting the set DID numbers worked no longer. Every phone number of the firm rings on the main number, not directed to the adequate extension. We use KXTD-1232 Programmator Software.

You have learned the hard way to not use Programmator, I suggest you call a Panasonic Tech with the proper software. More than likely you have other issues as well.

OhioTelecom is correct.
Your asking for nothing but trouble using the "Programmator"
If all you wanted to do was change the name on one extension why would you even use the laptop.
You could have been done through the admin phone
before you had the laptop connected.
The only thing I can suggest now isto go over all the programming through the admin phone and make the proper changes.
