what is the difference between FSK and FSK (with visual caller id)? how can i tell which one works best with my CO provider (SBC)?

FSK (with Visual Caller ID) is necessary for Call Waiting caller id to display on the phone.Also there is FSK visual message waiting indicator (VMWI).
