I cannot access vmail at an old employee station because they had used a security code to protect it. How do I either clear a vmail box completely, or disable/change/whatever the security code an old employee had used for vmail access, as we are using the same station for a new employee. Is there a way to change or disable it from the attendant phone?

What kind of vm? I know Panasonic but what type?
