Is there such a thing as system greetings on the TVA50? In other words, is there a pre-recorded computer voice greeting on the TVA50 for no answer and busy calls that we can use instead of recording our own? How do we get to this? thanks.

Are you speaking of malbox greetings or auto attendant greetings? In short, you don't have to record a personal greeting for a mailbox. You should at least record your name, but you can leave the personal greeting un-recorded. As for the auto attendant, if you don't record something, how will your callers know they've reached the right place?

Thanks Kevn. I'm only concerned about mailbox greetings. If a given mailbox already has a personal greeting, how do I wipe it out, after which I guess the TVA uses its own greeting? Thanks.

I assume you already know a bit about administering the system. The easiest thing to do would be to delete the mailbox and recreate it as new. Go through the tutorial and record your name and set a password. Don't record a personal greeting.
If you don't want to go to all that trouble, I believe you can go into mailbox management and turn off your greeting, but not absolutely sure on that one.
