Panasonic KX-T3280 - 11/25/08 08:20 AM
I have several locations with KX-T3280 phones. Incoming calls do not ring on Line # 1, but do ring on Line # 2. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

If those sets are anything like the KX-T 3281 model then there should be 3 switches on the side of the phone.
Line 1, line 2 and intercom.
Each swith is 3 position, off, low & high.
