Does anyone know how many intercom calls one phone can recieve and how to hold and retrieve them? This customer wants the receptionist to be able to put more than one intercom call on hold to retrieve additional ones coming in, and be able to retrieve those held calls.

4.2 or 4.3 and up can have multiple DN keys, they call it PDN.

Worked great, put 8 PDN's on her phone and she can take multiple intercom calls, put them on hold etc... Planned to put them on the DSS console but found out that PDN's can only go on the main set.

sdn can go on others, like a cover key.

You can also add a 7603 add on module if you have 76XX series phones and then you can add a lot more DNs and us a GDN on it.

That's what we did, instead of deleting buttons on her phone we added a 7603.
