hello,
I have a trouble with my installation running on a KX-TDA200 Vers3. It is equipped like this:
slot1:DHLC8, slot2:DHLC8, slot3:SLC16, slot4:SLC16
slot5:SLC16, slot6:DHLC8, slot7:SLC16, slot8: NC
slot9:SLC16, slot10:PRI30
NC= No connected
The problem is that any card (SLC16 or DHLC8) installed in the slot8 does not run. The system can see the card but the ports are not openned. It is written DEFAULT-DIF on top of the card and
The top led is red.
The card installed in another position runs well.

Thank you.

theodore, you are at your limit of extensions with the cards installed,It wont allow you to install another extension card
128 extensions is the limit. it says up to 256 digital extensions in the specs, but that is using dxdp.
If you try to pre install the extension card it would tell you, over limit

I thought the capacity of the 200 is 192 ports does it count the XDP for the DHLC cards?

the total amount of extensions depends on what cards are installed. Max real ports is 128 any extra extensions would have to be dxdp
If you could get 8 of the digital ports to run from dxdp of near by phones then change one dhlc to a 16 slc. That would give 8 extra slt ports
