Hi guys i just need to find out how to program an extension to show its DDI number rather than the main number?? I'm use to samsung so if someone could help i would really appreciate it as i have to go to site tomorrow. Thanks
in prog 606 (clip id) enter exten then enter the telephone number and store
do you have a PRI or BRI on site?
Its PRI mate, can i log in with the laptop and program it that way too??
in extension settings on the right of screen you will see clip Id enter ddi number there
You may have have to get bt or who ever is the provider for clear sending of ddi through network
