At a particular location, they don't always take lunch at a fixed time, so they're asking if they can have a button to press on the phone that will manually enable/disable lunch mode. So say they leave at 12:35PM and press the button, All incoming calls should route to Auto Attendant and callers should hear custom service greeting 3 stating that it is lunch time. Then say they return to the office at 2pm, they hit the button to go back to normal mode. Is this easily accomplished?
I think you have to program one button per time mode. One for day, one for lunch and one for night. The codes are something like 780,781,782. I could be wrong.
The ksu has to be a -4 or higher version to have day/night/lunch/break mode.
782 = Lunch 783 = Break. 780 Day 781 night.

Nite button toggles Day/Night.

Program Lunch or Break on a button as One Touch.

PGM 99, button, 2, code, save.

Back from lunch dial ICM 780.
