How can I change the number of rings before the incoming call goes the system voice mail. Not talking about personal voice mail - but the system that picks up when you make a call into the office. Ive read the manual - dont see anything.

Brit, if you have the "Programming" manual, the programming fields start on page 362.
What you need to change is the "intercept time".
Also, if your currently set for DIL 1-1, you will need to disable that.
All of this is IF you have a TD system.
TDA & TDE are slightly different.
The 7433 is only the phone model.

If he has a tda tde or ncp, He'll have to direct the incoming calls to an incoming call group (default 601), then set the overflow no answer timer to 10, 20, 30 seconds (drop down menu).
