I have a customer that has 8 sites. And one of them is a DBS 576HD. All the others are BCMs. I have the tech manuals and have been trying to remove the Day 1 ringing form lines 1 thru 8 on extensions 12 and 13. All I get are error tones after the first "HOLD". Probably something that I'm over reading into the manual that is not there. Any help is appreciated.

What jack/ext are you trying to program from ??
