In a TDA-50, which meets your 20-24 extensions, there are 64 defined ones and 64 unumbered ones for a total of 128. I think that's more than you would need for 24 phones and 8 trunks :-)

yes but not a good choice for call center a ncp or tde will give you call queuing and remote moves and changes / diagnostics via internet right out of the box .....

Oops, I got sidetracked in the middle of my answer. Of course you wouldn't install a TDA-50 for 20-24 phones BECAUSE you only can have 8 trunks. My oblique point was that even the smallest TDA/TDE has 64 or 128 calling groups. That size translates to the whole family. A TDE-100 carded 16x32 is a better fit.

It was nap time this morning....I feel better now.

The tda 15-30 is gone here now. The tda 100-200 is on way out as well. Ncp-tde or ns1000 are the main systems here

tda other than 50 has been out of production here for a while
