What am I missing? I want the voicemail to pick up after 15 seconds during the day. I have gone into 411 and set 107 and 108 for the delay. DIL for the daytime is set for 101. Voicemail works fine when set manually to night mode it answers immediately. Is there a setting on the voicemail side? Is it something with the groups?

you need ext 101 and 107/115 in flexable day ringing assignments both to ring and give 107/115 a delayed ringing assignment of 15secs or the closest to number of rings that equals 15 secs
That is in 408 and I did that for 101 and 107 and 108. What is 115? 107 and 108 are my vm ports.

You use 107 for 2 ports and 107 an 115 for 4 ports.
Dial 107, 107-108-115 busy, rings 116. (w/4 ports)

Why would you use Inband.

APITS much easier, more features.

The older 624's supported inband only....that could by why it's set up this way. Although I'd agree with brokeda that APITS is much better, before you switch make sure the KSU's software is new enough to support it. Not positive but believe APITS wasn't added until version 4.

pgm 998, CHECK FIRMWARE. Needs to be Y581A or higher for APITS.

Port 1 to 107, port 2 to 108.
Setup is auto for VM ports when you select APITS.
