So we sold 3 systems 2-TDE 100s and a 50g and need to network them. I've done several Toshibas' but not panasonic. Is there anything we need to know before we get going. We have comcast at each site for COs and data. No point to points, is this a problem? I thought I read that panasonic does not like to vpn over the internet. If that is so then what would you guys suggest?

Thanks,
Tracy

IP VPN?

External address at each router on both ends? Routers providing Static addresses for cards?

All comcast should be good.

The DSP16 comes with 4 IP trunks and 8 IP phone licenses built into it.

The 50G is is a different animal when it comes to IP trunks.

Bopper are you saying then that I can use those for my gateway to connect the three systems? This is our first networked job and want to order the right stuff. Our rep. won't call back. Took the certs. for this 4 years ago and want to make sure all is right before we order. Our largest job to date 40,000 smile

thanks for the reply's.
PMs are welcome if need be.

Thanks, Tracy

Yes for the TDE's your good to go but the 50G will require a four channel IP gateway card.

awesome thanks. Placing order now. Looks like may be cheaper to just go with TDE 100 at each dealership.

I don't know about cheaper but it will be a lot easier to network three TDEs. Each would have a DSP16, or if you expect a lot of traffic between the systems a DSP64 would be a better option.Panasonic has new system bundles that may work for you. Good luck.
