If you have a card reader you can take the SD card out of the PBX open it up with the reader and click on the private folder then the the meigroup folder the the pcc folder then the pbx folder then open the dsys or dysys, I forget how it's named in the NCP, with the maint console. go to maintenance > main> password.

The only thing is that on newer releases of software the pw field is blank.
When you remove the SD card it will generate an alarm but not to worry.

on the ncp you cant read the passwords on sd backup

Thanks OBT. I wasn't sure but I thought that you could on older releases.

Oh well disregard my post brokeda.
You can have Panasonic reset the PW for you but they have made it a major pain. You have to submit paper work from both your company and the customer.
