Caller ID logging/history on KX-TD V7 ?
Is this feature on V7? ...If so...what's the button code(s) ?
*ALSO...the customer has 7730 phones there... I've read with the 7433 & 7456 phones you can use a soft-key for this on V7

If you have a KX-TD1232 or KX-TD816 that has the following software version, you can keep the Caller-ID information on the display for the entire duration of the call. To accomplish this, just set ""SYS 09, BIT 9 to 0"".

I'll do that programming change to keep it on for duration..so they'll at least have that...or "downgrade" their 77xx series phones to 74xx series

I performed the "Caller ID call duration" programming you mentioned (990) at "today's" job with a AA and noticed it doesn't stay on due to being transferred from AA...is there another adjustment in 990 so that it will stay on for this scenario??
Don't know. Might need an unsupervised transfer (FXD)
