i am using Panasonic pbx tde200 and need help on group setting there is one group of 2 extension phone. problem is when 2 extension is busy that time 3rd caller should be busy tone.
what is setting for this?

in my group when 2 extension are busy whereas get ringing on 3rd call.

How do the calls get to the group? Is it a hunt group or ICD group? If it's an ICD group what is the distrubition type? Are the calls ringing on the intercom button or do you have GDN buttons?

Queue size for group should be 0
