we have a KX-TDA50 and I need to see if it is possible to export call history and what extension answered the call. We are having issues with sales dept and we need to see who is answering or better yet NOT answering the phones.

Any help tips or additional info you need please let me know

thank you for the reply, any software you recommend? i am very very noob to all this. i use putty but i wouldn't know the first thing to even do to accomplish this

The panasonic doesnt have built in feature to look at the call logs history?
