I have one digital extension that the user claims drops calls after 10 minutes. I dont see any programming item that would do that. Any ideas?

If they have analog lines, and that person has a dedicated line that they are using. It might be something with that line, or that port on the system.
This site has PRI for the lines. The guy is saying he gets a tone right before it drops.
Check the COS of the extension, disable EXT-CO Line Call duration limit.
