My windows 10 computer had a hickup and I needed to reset windows. When I did there were a number of programs that needed to be redone including UMC software. I can connect to TDA50gs, but not any TDEs. I also cannot pull up a 'new' system like I was going to preconfigure it.

I tried unistalling the software, shutting down, reinstalling, shutting down. But no luck. It just keeps saying "application not found" as the error.

I did also re-install microsoft c++ 2005 and 2015.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) is the normal fix for that error then restart the computer
