Hi,

I've tried to install a virtual shelf for a SIP trunk on a Panasonic KX-NCP1000, I am licensed for 16 channels, but when I connect in the trunk, it immediately goes to fault and makes no outbound connection to the internet. (internet access is ok for the PBX).

I see this in the error log.

Error code 365 sub code *10101 SIP Server connection was disconnected

Does anybody have any idea why this is not connecting to the SIP server?

Have you the sip server set, are you using register or non register sip trunk
