I have hotel customer who needs a call forward external programed. I need to set FWD to an off premise 800 number for reservations when the front desk is busy. I have checked all the options for call forwarding but cannot make it work. When an incoming calls come to the front desk They :shrug: transfer to an ext that is call forwarded to to a speed dial number. The call goes out normally but the console is unable to release the call. The console display says "cant.
Any help on this problem would greatly appreciated. the trunks are T1
