It was a MICS 6.1
I thought it should be [Feature] * * 7 9 7 4 3 but no display, no softkeys underneath to press.
Weird things happen, I walked a guy through initializing a Toshiba and with the battery strap off and the power off and the memory card out it took two tries before it initialized. That is not supposed to be possible but I've been doing this since 1984 and I've learned that in electronics a lot of things that are impossible will happen to a tech.
