Routers are new upper end Cisco. I think part of their problem is they moved all phone lines to one site ( same as I planed) but at the last minute they put in 2 systems instead of IP phones at one end. They also do not have positive disconnect on their phone lines and it took their tech over 2 weeks just to tell the auto attendant to disconnect if there is no DTMF input so lines kept getting locked into a loop from voicemail.
