you have to press redial,speed dial, the bin number you want to store it as, then the tel# ,Redial, depending on how your system is set up you may want to include your intercom buttn plus 9 then the tel # ,redial.. to use you should be able to press your button that is labeled as speed dial, and the bin number your stores it as. Depending on which system you have the personal speed dial bin numbers are 10-49 or 100-139
