I have a new customer that has requested voicemail changes. Previous vendor went out of business. I need to get the IP address to link up with my laptop. Previous vendor changed default IP address and also deleted mailbox "987". Is there another way I can find out what IP address is assigned without reseting VM back to "out-of-box" default state?
