ITOX got back to me and pointed out that the board doesn't support 800 MHz FSB, and only supports 512 L2. The processor I bought has 800 FSB with 512 L2. It looks like I'll need to go down to a 2.4 with 533 FSB and 512 L2. I'm waiting on an answer from ITOX on the memory support, since the documentation is a bit contradictory.
