For some reason, what they do is run one cable from the EMTA to a box outside, then run a cable inside the house to wherever the IW connects...I have never seen this type of box anywhere BUT on cable tv phone installs, it's made by Arris I think. Here is a picture: https://www.arrisistore.com/images/full/719532.jpg Each of those little tabs cuts down a pair of wire.
