Anonymous Unregistered	I've got a client who has mutliple locations, one currently has a Comdial Impact Telephone system. The other has an Inter-tel Axces I belive is the model. My client (I'm currently their outsourced IT consultant) is looking to connect both locations. They are getting bids from Inter-tel and from myself. Is their anything that inter-tel really offers that ESI doesn't. I have no experience with Inter-tel. So I'm not sure what I can or cannot point out that ESI has, that inter-tel does not. Reasons: The Comdial system is kind of dated...it is probably a DSU ? Not really capable of VOIP. The Axxess system is a Real PIA to program and Troubleshoot The ESI systems are Sweeeeeet. Easy for Customers AND Techs. My 2 cents. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.. Retirement 2019 ( It has happened )
