Having some experience on all of the listed systems, I would go with the ESI System.
Reasons: The Comdial system is kind of dated...it is probably a DSU ? Not really capable of VOIP.
The Axxess system is a Real PIA to program and Troubleshoot
The ESI systems are Sweeeeeet. Easy for Customers AND Techs.
My 2 cents.
