I've got a customer who I just CANNOT make happy with their cordless ESI Phones (Large Model). I've moved the base units all over the place and the calls still drop like crazy. However this is only in small 1-2' area's in the building.
There's one area which is about 7' from the base unit. You can stand in that spot all day and never aquire link. Step back 1 step and you are fine.
Has anyone seen this before? I'm going back and forth to this place once a week, free of charge of course as the system is still under 1 year labor warranty....
I really don't want to spend $4k on a Spectrum Analyzer to find the root of this.
