Have one site, 100 server with PRI, the main number is prog X100 X100 ID1.
They tell me that sometimes the receptionist while x100 is idle sees a for example line 3 start to flash, she picks up the handset and is connected to that caller, without x100 actually ringing. Is this a real problem or is she to quick of the draw with picking the call before it has a chance to ring????
