OK, This is a weird one.

200sl w/ expansion. 14.11 software.

Customer cannot put outbound calls on hold. Inbound works fine.

Per engineering I've 1st Inited and ASCIIed in the program.
I've replace the MCP and the 8T-c.

All to no avail. Port Washington says they've never seen this one. Has anyone else?
