Mat Code 993357

I have a customer that has static on one of these. I have a few spares in stock buy have no paper work on how this thing works.
My tech tells me that all six pins are being used (wired to)

Power (ok)
DTMF Port (???)
Talk Port (I assume is the analog port to the switch)

Questions I have:
Anyone have paperwork on this unit ??
I assume you need to program an extension # that it transfers to after it play the announcement, if so how do you program that extension # ??

Recording the announcement, what type of handset do I use and what is the procedure???

Thanks
Walter

This ebay link looks like the Premier DVR's I put in years ago:
Premier DVR on Ebay

The page states that it includes instructions. There is something in the back of my mind regarding the type of handset required for the announcement...I'm thinking a regular 2500 (500) handset works and that the handsets attached to the keysets don't work.

I'm still looking...

Professor I believe your right; I think it requires a carbon xmtr to record.

Dean,
Thanks for the link, I asked if he could email me the "instructions" and I would give him 5 bucks.

Yes you are correct about needing a carbon handset.

Thanks again

Walter
