Okay the solution seems to be to add more rules via the CLI. It will only allow 15 rules via the gui CCA application. But up to 100 if you program it using the CLI.
Of course you can do it via CLI, but the rules will not show up in the CCA, which means you must remember how you programmed it because as soon as you change something back in the CCA it will remove all the CLI added rules.
