Hi all,
We just added a DKSC16 card to our 5.0 Axxess system. The new extentions were created and connected fine. We added the new extentions to the Day in group. For some reason I can't get the phones to ring when a CO call comes in. Volume is up, Ring cadence is Ok, DND is off, LED's all show as correct. We also have another extention set on a different card that I removed from the Day ring in Group last year. All extentions would ring when an inbound call would come in. Removing this kept the LED's lighting up, but removed the ring. I have tried adding this back into the group with no luck. Any thoughts as to what I might be missing? I do need these phones to ring. Thanks for any help. Tom
