OP 5years&counting Moderator-Comdial, ESI, Voicemail, Cisco Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 4,552 Visalia, CA, USA	Has anyone found a place that does competent repairs of Cisco model phones 7911, 7937, 7945, and 7965? By competent, I mean being able to fix firmware issues, replace plastics, install the CORRECT handset, etc. I'm looking for alternatives to using SmartNet for desk phones. I'm not big on throwing out "decent" like-new phones that happen to have one or more issues. Thanks! Justin
