I have a customer that has an older ADIX that they need some minor programming changes made to that I am having difficulty connecting to. I connect to the PC port on their EDVIF card (the CPU card is old enough that it does not have a PC programming connector), but can never get further than 80% when attempting to connect to it. I'm using the same hardware that I always use to connect to ADIX systems (Keyspan USA-19HS and FAX-065 adapter), and have tried every combination of port speeds and settings that I can think of but still can not connect to it.
Any ideas on what I might be able to do to get this connected, or am I resigned to having to dig out the manual and program the key patterns through the attendant phone?
