I think they would be better served getting CFNA from their telco. If they don't answer before the end of 6 rings, they're probably pretty busy on other calls. That means they probably already have several lines tied up, so the SBX may not able to get a free line to make the call to the service. You have a point there...they may already have that feature and not know it.
