OP illuminalto Member Joined: Aug 2014 Posts: 8 FL	Ok, so I hooked up single line phone to the "test port" for Line 1 (hooking directly up to port 1 avaya gives no tone, just my observation, might be obvious to the experienced) I received the same problem as before - the phone has dial tone, can make outgoing calls, but it still will not ring when a call is placed. Thanks again for helping a newbie!
