If I remember correctly, hardware wise there is no such thing as a two port, only a four with two ports not enabled. Two of the ports are covered with plastic. In other words you don't need a card only a key which came on a floppy. You provided the VM serial number to Vodavi and they sent a purchase order to your distributor. Hopefully you can still acquire the key but something tells me that might not happen.
