ajkula66 Member Joined: Feb 2011 Posts: 143 Pennsylvania	I don't know where you are or what LEC you're dealing with, but in my world from a decade ago when I was working solely on CLEC circuits (as a LEC technician) I can say this much: You need a vendor meet at the demarc. Should the other side see the leakage on their Sidekick as well with the pair open at cablehead, they'll have to clear the trouble. It's really that simple. Or at least it used to be... Good luck.
