Bloom of The Shelter Island Telephone Company. On a side note, I suppose we should be grateful that the ebay seller linked in the original post didn't use entirely fictional Federal Specification numbers like "RJ7" or "RJ9" to describe the standard 4P4C handset cord plugs.
